The proposal is based on a replicable cross volumen Bridge-Beam located over the bottom of the ravine. Through this, a fast circulation is generated at the street level, which allows the connection of both sides, and at the same time, distibutes to the proposed programms in the upper and inner levels, contained in the volume. The path becomes the main articulator of the projects, unifying everything that is happening either inside or outside the volume. The volume is divided in 2 areas, the first one is a main area in which a multicourt is centred located, the second one (two contained boxes) located at the ends, complementing with programms of services and social encounter.
The public space is designed in 3 zones, An access square At Alemania Ave, which satisfied the community needs an at the same time gets into the volume. a second square is located by Pajonal Ave, it works as recreational space and access to the project, a third and last is developed at the edges and at the bottom of the ravine, through it a green corridor for the community is provided, an opportunity of having native species an a water drain system. A lenghtwise pathway which becomes a fast way unifying the bottom sides of the hill and allowing strategic points for water collection in cases of emergency.
